Why Pilatesfusion?
The name Pilatesfusion stands for the connection between body and mind. In my classes, you’ll learn to fully focus on your body, your breathing, and the right way of moving. This allows you to let go of everyday stress, find inner calm, and feel both relaxed and energized afterwards.
At the same time, I combine Pilates with selected yoga elements. This fusion creates a holistic workout that goes beyond the traditional methods. Pilates alone or yoga alone are valuable, but together they unfold their full potential.
The result: an optimal training that unites strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, bringing more balance, stability, and well-being into your daily life.

"A Sound Mind in a Sound Body" - Thales -
My name is Rebecca, and in 2018 I completed a 4-month training to become a Pilates instructor. Afterwards, I wanted to deepen my knowledge and completed a 1.5-year training as a Pilates teacher and Ballance Concept trainer at PilatesLab Berlin. There, I benefited from the profound and long-standing knowledge of Anja Kursawe and other teachers.
In 2020, I took part in a 200-hour yoga teacher training, and a year later, I expanded my knowledge with further training to become a prenatal and postnatal teacher. I have been practicing yoga and Pilates myself since my youth.
Through my many years of “hands-on” experience, I wanted to deepen my knowledge and pass it on to others. I am deeply convinced that both forms of movement are perfect for helping to make everyday life easier, prevent postural damage, be more vital in daily life, and experience more joy.
In the spirit of “A sound mind in a sound body,” from the Greek philosopher Thales.

With me, you are not just an anonymous number in a large group. I pay attention to your individual needs and correct your technique personally. Each class is designed to help you develop in the best possible way, whether it’s in terms of strength, flexibility, or posture.
Small, intimate groups
I place great importance on an intimate and relaxed atmosphere. The groups are deliberately kept small so that I can give each participant the attention they deserve. This way, you can be assured that you will receive the best possible support in every session.

I’m not just a Pilates instructor, but someone who lives and loves this practice myself. I’ve been intensively involved with Pilates for years, and my passion for the holistic approach of the method flows into every class. I support you in achieving your own goals—be it better posture, less pain, or more energy in your daily life.
